Specialist Benefits Management Advisor

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert benefits management advice to support the delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide flexible resourcing allocation to meet surge and specialist requirements for benefits management taskforces.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively to progress work in tight timeframes, prioritizing tasks and delivering results under pressure.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders, using data storytelling to communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Identify stakeholder needs, elicit business requirements, challenge assumptions, and present well-reasoned options.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in project/program delivery, including benefits management frameworks.
  • Experience working with organizations facing complex challenges, strict regulations, and a need for transparency and accountability.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and scope, pivoting thinking based on stakeholder needs.
