**It's all about you...**

In this pivotal role you'll be required to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to two Senior Partners to ensure their day and practice runs smoothly. These Partners have a busy schedule and as such this role entails extensive client liaison and at times Personal Assistant responsibilities. You'll also be actively involved in a diverse range of high end Commercial Property matters.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- coordinate meetings
- preparation of legal documents and general correspondence
- amending and formatting lengthy documents, mark ups and redlining
- client liaison, including internal and external stakeholders
- monthly billing and expenses
- electronic filing
- opening and closing files
- file management and general administrative duties

**Skills and experience we'd love...**

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels together with the ability to multi-task and anticipate what needs to be done. You will also have previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Commercial Property Law together with;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- advanced MS Office skills
- top organisational skills
- ability to meet tight deadlines
- exceptional attention to detail
- a positive, enthusiastic and pro-active team attitude
