More information is available at ****************************************** the RoleWe are seeking a full-time Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our legal team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our practice by delivering professional and accurate support across a range of legal and regulatory matters.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing, formatting, and proofreading legal correspondence, contracts, and regulatory documents.Managing calendars, court deadlines, and coordinating client meetings.Assisting with file management, including maintaining client records and case files in compliance with legal practice standards.Liaising with clients, energy sector consultants, and regulators in a professional and timely manner.Providing administrative support to lawyers, including document filing (physical and electronic), dictation, and preparation of reports.Supporting business processes connected to energy regulatory matters, including document collation and compliance tracking.Skills and Experience RequiredMinimum three (3) years' experience working as a Legal Secretary or in a similar legal support role.Strong understanding of legal administrative processes, with the ability to work under pressure in a regulatory environment.Demonstrated ability to support legal professionals in matters relating to complex commercial and regulatory frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.Experience working with clients in the energy, regulatory, or commercial law sectors will be highly regarded.Why Join UsAt Attune Legal, you will be part of a growing team with a strong reputation in the energy regulatory space.
