Our client is a leading and highly respected mid-tier law firm and there is no better time than now for an experienced legal secretary to take up this rare part-time opportunity. True flexible work arrangements on offer - either 3 days (full-time hours) or 5 days (shorter hours) per week.

This firm fosters a friendly team environment, promotes a genuine work/life balance and provides ongoing support and training.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative
**support to a Partner on a 1:1 basis in the Construction team.**

Your varied day will include, but not be limited to:

- diary management and arranging appointments
- management of client files, opening and closing files and filing of correspondence
- arranging travel and coordinating meetings
- end of month billing and reports
- drafting and typing of correspondence, digital dictation and proof reading of documents
- assisting with preparing materials for presentations and/or conferences
- client liaison and general administrative tasks

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
- advanced MS Office and document production skills
- at least five years previous experience as legal secretary in Construction or Litigation law
- display excellent client service skills
- have the ability to work both independently and as part of a friendly team environment
- be well organised and have 'loads of initiative'
