**It's all about you...**
Our client is a well-established mid-tier law firm located in the heart of the CBD. They have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Legal Secretary to join their busy and friendly team.

**About the role...**
This role supports a busy Senior Associate and an Associate and as such you'll feel confident in handling a high volume of files as well as enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

- attend to incoming calls and assisting where appropriate;
- prepare correspondence and Court documents;
- assist with preparation & compilation of court documents for hearings;
- maintain calendars and arrange appointments;
- file and index original legal documents;
- liaise with clients; and
- general administrative tasks.

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
In addition you will have:

- 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary in Litigation (**_insolvency experience an advantage_**);
- intermediate MS Word/typing skills;
- exceptional attention to detail;
- solid time management skills; and
- a friendly team attitude and a pro-active approach.
