Job Overview\Helpers to achieve success in our Broker Support team are people who can effectively collaborate with Business Development and Credit teams. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, mentoring and leading a team of talented professionals to deliver an exceptional home loan experience for brokers and end customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive their team to meet and exceed goals. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.-\
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they meet service level agreements- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and open communication- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation- Build effective working relationships with Managers, Team Leaders and other key stakeholders

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Business Development and Credit teams to support and deliver an exceptional home loan experience for brokers and end customers.-\
