Constant is currently on the lookout for an experienced and proactive part time HR Advisor to support our growing HR Team. We initially envision this role to be 20 hours per week and are open to negotiating what this looks like across the week.

The preference would be to have someone working at least 4 shifts per week (5 hours per day) at a minimum. This role would be ideal for an experienced HR Advisor looking to work school hours, or someone seeking part time work only. You'll be joining a small HR team currently consisting of a People and Culture Manager and a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

**About the Role**:
As Constant's HR Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering practical and people-focused HR support across the employee lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for frontline leaders and team members to provide timely, expert advice while contributing towards initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

This is a true generalist position with both operational and strategic elements, offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to grow alongside the business.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Providing expert HR advice on performance management and policy, award and EBA interpretation. (AIG Membership Support for curly IR queries will be available).
- Managing employee queries with professionalism and care.
- Supporting contract variation documentation, onboarding and offboarding administration processes.
- Maintaining accurate employee records within SharePoint and Fran connect.
- Supporting investigations, grievances, and employment law compliance.
- Helping administer culture, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Contributing to continuous improvement in HR processes and documentation.
- Reporting on performance, onboarding and offboarding HR metrics and identifying trends to enhance workforce retention and performance.

**About You**:
We are looking for a confident communicator and natural problem-solver, who has a proven track record of being able to build trust across all levels of an organisation. You understand the balance between compliance and people-first HR, and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in HR advisory or generalist roles.
- Solid knowledge of employment law, modern awards, and WHS legislation.
- Experience coaching managers through performance and conduct matters.
- Experience supporting a high performance culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence managing employee records and systems.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, you're a team player who gets results.

**Desirable**:

- HR qualifications (Cert IV or tertiary).
- Experience in the security, compliance-heavy, facilities management or shift-based industries.
