This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company renowned worldwide for its high quality products and initiative technologies within the yacht and naval ship building industry. This position is a temporary position for a minimum of 6 weeks to cover sick leave.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support, including diary management, inbox maintenance
and organisation of travel
- Engaging effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including
industry stakeholders and agencies
- Preparing a variety of correspondence, submissions, reports, spreadsheets, and
presentations for meetings
- Participating in continuous improvement, ad-hoc projects and activities as required
- Written, telephone and electronic communication
- Take/ distribute/ update meeting minutes
- Creation of reports, and data analysis
- Formatting documents
- Follow-up of deadlines and maintaining action lists across the organisation
- Organisation of meetings and events
- Support the Configuration Management Team as directed by the Configuration
Manager

**Experience**:

- At least five years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Ability to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressure
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A willingness to get involved and help where and when needed
- Project Coordination skills (desirable)
