**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive configuration management plan, outlining policies, processes, strategy, and tools for the specific project.
  • Establish and maintain configuration baselines and audits to ensure control of approved and historical data.
  • Implement and enforce change management processes, defining how changes are requested, evaluated, approved, implemented, tested, and documented.
  • Facilitate Change Control Board meetings and maintain associated data updates as required for the project(s).
  • Verify and audit configuration baselines to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Lead team development and process improvement initiatives to enhance configuration management practices.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

  • At least 5 years' experience in configuration management roles, preferably with defence experience.
  • Formal training in configuration management principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration management plans, procedures, and processes.
  • Effective management skills and ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
