Catch is embarking on an exciting journey of growth, as our business grows so does our team. We are now seeking a** Fulfilled-by-Catch (FBC) Account Manager** to join our Catch team.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will be working with **Catch's top Enterprise partners**, influencing processes and plans across their businesses on and improving end-customer experience.

You will provide data driven strategic insights and ensure high operational standards. Your personal engagement, relationship building, and analytical skills are key to developing a trusted advisory relationship to guide and influence FBC Seller and enterprise partners to achieve their strategic and tactical goals.

**What you'll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a **FBC Account Manager** look like?

Well, no two days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your typical day to include some of the following things:

- Key account manager for enterprise level customers, covering performance management, score card reviews and escalations.
- Install a high-performance culture and lead the work for defining a robust framework and fee structure for FBC across sellers and enterprise level 3PL.
- Perform data analysis to identify forward looking growth opportunities and mitigating identified risks; and market analysis to understand competitive price positioning of Selling through FBC.
- Set up SOPs / process paths and act as the primary point of contact for Partner queries and concerns.
- Identify, advise and execute strategic FBC Enterprise/Seller partners priorities across marketing, merchandising, and supply chain management.
- Provide support and strategic business recommendations while working with internal teams to ensure operational performance.
- Develop and deliver reports to FBC Enterprise/Seller partners specific to their needs and strategic growth goals.
- Educate FBC Enterprise/Seller partners on tools, policies, processes, and relevant growth opportunities.
- Pitch promotional opportunities to help FBC Enterprise/Seller partners drive revenue growth to meet their YoY goals.
- Drive continuous improvement for the vendors and the organization and build and maintain positive relationships with all Enterprise and seller partners and relevant stakeholders.

The role would require travel to Catch Fulfilment Centres and Customer sites.

**The skills you'll have**
- Strong experience working within 3PL or e-Commerce environment in a similar role.
- Experience with analytical & productivity tools like Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft OneNote, SharePoint, and Oracle Business Intelligence.
- Proven ability to negotiate, consult and advise with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong Contract and Supplier Management skills along with exposure to Risk Management.
- Demonstrated mindset of continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
