Our client is an on-trend luxury-inspired fashion house that offers direct to retail and wholesale apparel. They are a Melbourne-based label whose designs can be found globally, even making appearances in New York Fashion Week.

**The Role**:
A really exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for relationship management as well as all day to day in managing accounts. This role will oversee the B2B Customer Experience from the moment the Sales team have secured the Season's order through to delivery of product to the Customer, and all after sales experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing customer service to wholesale accounts
- Developing & maintaining relationships with existing and new wholesale accounts
- Assisting with department store orders and stock deliveries
- Entering wholesale orders
- Manage and ensure accurate data across our systems
- Managing domestic logistics and order dispatch
- Supporting Brand Managers, Managing Wholesale/Web returns and credits
- Allocating and Invoicing of stock
- Management of international inventory.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
- A genuine interest in the fashion industry
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Proficient user in Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Possess good people skills and have an outgoing, bubbly personality
- Ability to multi-task and manage large workloads
- Can build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
