**About the Role**

Working closely with the broader team, the position of Claims Officer is multifaceted and will require you to wear many hats and support a varied stakeholder base. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Assist with the preparation of claims
- Maintain accurate case notes and file notes across multiple systems
- Monitor the progress of claims
- Build relationships and provide ongoing support to key stakeholders
- Monitor and liaise with Health Care providers as required

**About You**

This position is ideal for an experienced claims professional that is looking to further develop their career. You will pride yourself on your strong time management and organisational skills and enjoy working with a varied and diverse stakeholder group. You will have a customer service approach in all that you do and love the diverse, unique and fast paced nature of this position.
