Adelaide, South Australia Eastern Dermatology Full time

We are seeking an enthusiastic medical receptionist for our modern dermatology practice in Glen Osmond. You will work in a friendly, flexible environment. This role is an excellent opportunity to use and develop your skills in all reception and administrative responsibilities of a specialist medical practice.

The position is offered on a part-time / casual basis for 3 days per week. Being part of a small team, the ability to cover leave and flexibility over days of work are highly desired (across standard business hours - Monday to Friday).

Key responsibilities include:

- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Making appointments and collecting patient details
- Management of incoming phone calls
- Management of patient billings
- General administration
- Inventory management
- Typing of letters to General Practitioners

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- medical administration (preferred)
- medical software (preferred)
