About the Role : As our receptionist, you will :

  • Greet and assist patients
  • Manage phone calls and emails professionally
  • Triage calls as needed
  • Provide administration support
  • Medicare billing

What we are looking for:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Experience working in a GP Clinic
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Reliable and dedicated team player

The clinic uses Best Practice Software.

Hours:

Approximately 15 to 25 hours per week. 4-5 shifts with a variance of days and hours. The clinic is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am-2pm. Your availability and flexibilty across these days and hours will be required.
