We are currently seeking a reliable, smart, and adaptable Office Assistant to join our team.

As the Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a warm and professional welcome to clients and visitors. In this role, you will handle a variety of tasks, from managing incoming calls to organizing our client database to assisting with daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a small, busy office and is ready to take on different responsibilities as needed. We pride ourselves on providing a formal, high standard of service to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution.
- Provide general support to the office team, stepping in to assist with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain office supplies by checking stock and placing orders when necessary.
- Help coordinate office events and meetings, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Reliability**: Must be dependable and able to consistently maintain a regular schedule.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- **Note-Taking**: Excellent note-taking skills with attention to detail are required.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to take on a variety of tasks and learn new skills as needed.
- **Organization**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization.
- **Customer Service**: A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on formality and customer satisfaction.
- **Education**: No college degree required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in an assistant or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
