Complete Care Team aims to provide a holistic and wellness model of attendant care for people in the community with high support needs. We focus on all aspects of our client's needs, including the physical, emotional, spiritual and social to promote wellness. Our highly respected company was established in 1999, providing a quality home based person-centred service which puts clients at the centre of the decision making and planning process to help identify and achieve their goals.

We are seeking individuals to assist our client in Melrose Park achieve their goals, maximise their potential for independence and live their best life within their community.

Duties may vary to suit the needs of the individual client. This may include however are not limited to:

- Community access; specialist appointments, outings etc
- Domestic duties; cleaning and meal preparation, etc
- Mobility support and manual handling; standing transfers

Essential criteria:

- National Police Check, Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Check
- Working rights in Australia
- Current drivers license and a registered and insured vehicle
- Valid Covid vaccination certificate, including the booster

Preferred but not essential:

- Industry experience will be highly regarded
- An understanding of person centred disability care
