About the Role

Disability Support Workers at Multicap provide direct care assistance and high quality support to Multicap clients that addresses individual needs and enhanced independence, abilities, community participation and/or quality of life. These supports may be delivered in a Multicap Tasmania owned or leased building, in a client's home location, or in the community.

About You

If you are a positive and purpose driven person who is motivated to achieve great client outcomes, this role is for you

To be successful, you will have prior experience in a similar role and will have a demonstrated commitment to providing the highest level of care and support to clients.  A current Tasmanian driver's license, working with vulnerable people and National police check is essential.
