**Position**: Health Support Services - Reception
**Location**: McGraths Hill 2756 & Carmel Village, Box Hill NSW 2765

**Job Type**: Part-Time, Permanent
**Expected Hours**: 20+ hours per week
**Pay Rate**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (plus penalty rates where applicable)

**Your Foot and Ankle Clinic** is seeking a confident and reliable **Receptionist (Health Support Services)** to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in creating a positive, welcoming experience in our busy podiatry practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient bookings and schedules with accuracy and efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls in a warm, professional manner
- Collaborate with clinic management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Open and close the clinic according to procedures
- Provide general clinic support and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and patient-friendly reception area
- Manage your time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule

What We're Looking For:

- A friendly and helpful attitude towards both patients and team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in a healthcare, allied health, or medical reception role is highly regarded
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical software systems (preferred)
- Must have current work rights in Australia
