You will be part of a friendly, supportive team where everyone contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?
You will be key in expanding the Corporate Property Group's lending book through your strong portfolio, risk management, and credit analysis skills.
You will collaborate with our Originations team to structure deals, create client-specific proposals, pitch decks, and credit papers aligned with internal risk profiles.
Your responsibilities include due diligence, financial analysis, modeling, and advising on legal documentation to understand and mitigate credit risks.
You will also liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Treasury, Credit Committee, Support Teams, and Referral Partners.What you offerExceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage and influence stakeholders effectivelyStrong financial modeling skills, including creating and analyzing financial modelsAnalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsDeep understanding of real estate finance, corporate, or leveraged finance, including complex business structuresAbility to adapt to changing priorities and solve complex problemsWe welcome applications from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
