Development Position

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in property development with a strong pipeline of projects.

As a Development Analyst, you will provide analytical support to the Executive team on all acquisitions, debt capital raisings, valuations of both current and potential development sites.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining feasibility models;
  • Scenario modelling across property portfolios;
  • Supporting the business on all Investment activities;
  • Valuations of assets under management;
  • Preparing and delivering board reports & other tasks for the Executive team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Advanced Excel financial modelling skills;
  • Experience with Argus valued highly;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Property valuation experience.
