What role will you play?You will be instrumental in expanding the Corporate Property Group lending book through your strong portfolio, risk management, and credit analysis skills. You will work closely with our Originations team to drive early-stage deal structuring, creating client-specific proposals, pitch-decks and credit papers that align with internal risk profiles. You will undertake due diligence, analysis and financial modelling, and advise on legal documentation to understand and mitigate key credit risks for our Coverage team. To support delivery of these outcomes, you will build strong lines of communication with internal and external parties such as Treasury, Credit Committee, Support Teams, and Referral Partners.
What You Offer- An in-depth understanding of real estate finance, corporate or leveraged finance, including an understanding of complex business structures
- Strong financial modelling skills, with experience in the creation and analysis of financial models
- Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to analyse complex data and provide actionable insights to support decision making
- Exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively manage and influence a range of stakeholders
- Ability to identify changing priorities and solve qualitative and quantitative problems as they arise
- Wellbeing leave day per year
