Senior Analyst – Strategy & Finance

We're partnering with one of Australia's most recognisable organisations on a newly created Senior Analyst role sitting across
finance, property, and strategy
.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a position where you'll not only provide financial analysis but also help shape the
long-term property and network strategy
for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio.

The Role

In this role, you'll act as a key commercial partner to the property team, providing insights and analysis that influence high-value decisions. Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Build and present
    business cases
    for new developments, renewals, and divestments
  • Support
    long-term strategy
    and network planning through market analysis and competitor benchmarking
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to challenge assumptions and provide commercial advice
  • Deliver
    Board-level presentations and reports
    , translating complex data into actionable insights
  • Conduct post-investment reviews to measure performance against expectations

What We're Looking For

  • ~5+ years' experience in
    commercial finance, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or corporate finance
  • Strong
    financial modelling
    and investment case experience
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to
    property, retail, or large-scale corporates
    is highly regarded (but not essential)
  • CA/CPA qualification desirable
