Aon Affinity specialises in developing, marketing, and administering customised insurance programs and specialty market solutions for affinity organisations and their members or affiliates. This position sits within our Allied Health team.

As an Assistant Account Broker, you will help our allied health sector clients deal with insurance online and follow up with potential clients regarding their interest in Aon's services and solutions converting to new business.

You will focus on educating clients on risk and insurance products, submitting, and brokering business, presenting, and closing opportunities and servicing accounts.

**What the day will look like**
- Work with prospects through several channels, such as Salesforce Software, and inbound and outbound phone calls
- Research the market to develop a good understanding of client needs, industry risk and business environment
- Negotiate terms with internal and external underwriting staff
- Partner with customers, and colleagues across the business to exceed prospects and client expectations
- Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies
- Collaborating and sharing knowledge with colleagues across the team and business
- Work within company policy, compliance, laws and regulations
- Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop technical knowledge

- Tier 1 accreditation / Insurance Broking qualification an advantage
- Experience in Financial Services, Health, Telco or similar organisations servicing large client volumes desirable
