**Position: Full-Time Mortgage Broker** (Trainee Welcome | Commission-Based | Training Provided)

**Role 1: Mortgage Broker Trainee**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in analyzing loan needs and matching them with optimal lender products
- Participate in the company's structured compliance training
- Suitable for those transitioning from finance/sales backgrounds or recent graduates

**Role 2: Senior Mortgage Broker**

**Responsibilities**:

- Independently develop client base and lead complex loan negotiations (e.g. portfolio optimization)
- Maintain referral networks (real estate agents, accountants, etc.) to expand business channels
- Mentor junior team members and share industry experience

**Requirements**:
**Mortgage Broker Trainee**:

- Legal working rights in Australia, fluent in English
- Obtain Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking within 6 months

**Senior Mortgage Broker**:

- At least 2 years of mortgage broking experience in Sydney
- Holds MFAA/FBAA accreditation and ASIC registration
- Existing client base
