Our OTR (Off The Road) tyres are manufactured specifically to customer requirements selecting from BMSA's broad menu of technical capabilities to create a product with outstanding performance in multiple areas considering environmental, load and operating variables.

To support our mission, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Account Management Expert to lead, mentor and inspire without having any direct reports. You will focus on solution products and tyre sales across Queensland and Northern Territory. You will report to and work closely with the Regional Executive Manager (REM) North.
Key to success in this role is your ability and proven experience to mentor, inspire and drive excellence in sales, account management, account planning and forecasting across various territories and customer segments.
**The Method**:
- Through the Account Managers create sales plans per branch
- Identify new opportunities and create action plans for our solutions products including Tyre Repairs, Wheel Repairs, Branch Service and Wheel Sales
- Lead the Region regarding the monthly forecasting
- Identify opportunities for existing products and services being sold into new markets or to new customers
- Coach and mentor Account Managers in product and sales skills
- Manage selected key relationships and be the point of contact for designated customers
**Key Performance Measures**:
- Achieving budget (revenue and margin) by segment including Tyres, Tyre Repairs, Wheel Sales and Wheel Repairs
- Forecasting accuracy
- Accurate and timely delivery of designated reports
**Key Internal Relationships**:
- Account Managers, Branch Managers, Key Account Managers
- Operations Manager, Production Manager
- Corporate Planning, Management Accountants
- Regional Executive Manager
**Key External Relationships**:
- Designated accounts and designated dealers
**Essential**:
- Proven territory management knowledge and expertise
- Proven product knowledge or ability to gain quickly
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent verbal and written communication with proven dynamic presentation skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Acceptance of frequent and regular travel
- A valid driver's licence
- A government issued Covid-19 vaccination certificate (2 x dose)
- Current work rights in Australia
About You - Preferred
- Exposure to OTR tyres or end user industries such as mining, agriculture or heavy manufacturing
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
