Day to day, you'll:

- Lead enterprise-wide organisational design projects that directly contribute to the objectives of the People and Enterprise Strategy.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and experience designing customer-centric solutions that achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Versatile experience across several practice areas within People & Culture. This may be, but is not limited to, talent management, capability development, culture and engagement, inclusion and belonging.
