**About the Role**:
As an Organisational Development Specialist, you will be a key driver of positive change within our organisation. You will partner with leaders and employees across the business to design, develop, and implement OD initiatives that support our strategic goals and enhance employee engagement. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on our culture and performance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership Development**: Design, deliver and contribute to impactful leadership development programs that cultivate essential skills and capabilities for our current and future leaders. This includes needs analysis, curriculum development, facilitation, and evaluation.
- **Facilitation**: Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to improve communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills across the organisation.
- **Employee Survey Data Analysis & Action Planning**: Analyse employee survey data to identify key trends and insights. Translate these insights into actionable recommendations and work with leadership to develop and implement improvement plans. Track progress and measure the effectiveness of interventions.
- **Culture transformation**: Project lead or contribute to a range of culture initiatives that support our culture transformation work.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, Organisational Development, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in organisational development, with a focus on leadership development, culture, and employee survey data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering effective training programs and workshops.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience in analysing employee survey data and developing action plans to address key findings.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
