Organisational Development Specialist

This is a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership within the organisation. As an Organisational Development Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to identify their development needs and design bespoke programmes to meet these needs.

You will play a crucial part in leading the development and implementation of enterprise workforce strategies and plans. This includes designing and delivering organisational capability priority projects, policies, and strategies related to workforce planning, talent management, and culture.

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of organisational capability projects, policies, and strategies.
  • Prepare and coordinate project plans using project management methodologies.
  • Provide expert advice and high-quality reports, submissions, and briefings for senior management.
  • Drive employee engagement and capability through various initiatives.
  • Identify and present innovative process improvements for continuous organisational capability enhancement.
  • Negotiate and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organisational design, talent management, capability development, and performance frameworks. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively through strong facilitation and consultation.

A proactive approach is essential as you will need to adapt to changing environments and deliver quality outcomes under pressure. A relevant degree or postgraduate studies in a related discipline (e.g., organisational development) would be highly regarded but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
