**Our Client**:
Based in the city fringe and close to public transport, our client is a large organisation who have proven themselves to be leaders within their respective industry. Seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join their team in a full time permanent capacity.

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Full function Accounts Payable f
- Assist with implementing an automated AP involving system
- Validation of invoices against PO's
- Reconcile supplier statements monthly
- Ensure Suppliers are paid within agreed payment terms
- Filing and archiving
- Investigate and rectify and returned payments
- Month-end reporting
- Ad-hoc duties

**About You**:
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
- This role requires understanding and experience of full-function Accounts Payable.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong systems experience in an ERP and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a high volume Accounts Payable position, and be able to keep up within a fast paced environment
