Our client is looking for a talented RTW Coordinator to support their business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a return-to-work/rehabilitation management professional to manage the strategic direction of a portfolio of claims and deliver sustainable claims and return-to-work outcomes
**.**

To be successful in this position you:

- Have strong experience in worker's compensation claims ideally in an employer-based role, with some knowledge of interstate WorkCover legislation
- Have experience in ensuring sustainable claims outcomes whilst minimising liability
- Will display strong commercial acumen and customer service focus

Daily/Weekly tasks may include:

- Triage incidents for injured workers. Liaise with medical clinics for treatment
- Medical report chase, Certificate of capacities
- Injury register update and file notes
- Lodging claims
- Conference calls with rehabilitation provider and insurer
- Non-work-related injury return to work reviews
- Weekly reporting to the managers on case updates
- Weekly worker's compensation wage update for payroll
