Job Opportunity: Return to Work Coordinator

The successful candidate will play a key role in the management of work-related injuries and illnesses. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with workers, managers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and processing work-related claims, certificates, and invoices in a timely manner
  • Liaising with departmental managers, health and insurance providers, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Attending appointments and coordinating incident reports to ensure timely completion
  • Providing support to injured workers and supervisors to ensure compliance with Certified Medical Work Capacity
  • Contributing to site safety culture through the development of initiatives to boost awareness of injury prevention and management

Requirements:

  • RTW Certification for QLD (minimum)
  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience liaising with Insurers and Regulators
