With a vision to be the World's Top Restaurant Operator, we operate KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Australia, Germany and the Netherlands.BenefitsCompetitive salary plus short-term incentive bonusUp to 13 paid Recharge Days annually — enjoy a 4-day work week every 4 weeksProfessional developmentFlexible work arrangementsAutonomy to shape your own successA strong commitment to sustainability, including a 25% energy reduction target by 2026Job DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: AdministrativeIndustries: RetailKey ResponsibilitiesOrganisational Support: Provide prompt rehabilitation and return to work support for all work-related and non-work-related injuries/illnesses for employees across AustraliaConduct work site visits where required to develop return to work plansDocument, coordinate and monitor the Return to Work/Suitable Duties Plans in liaison with the employee, treating professionals, line managers and the insurerEducate line managers on rehabilitation roles and responsibilities and keep them informed of progressEnsure all employees are advised about the Workplace Rehabilitation Policy and procedure as part of inductionMaintain a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and actioning opportunitiesRisk Management: Establish and maintain a network of external Rehabilitation Service Providers; promote timely reporting of injuries and early contact regarding rehabilitation and insurer reportingInform employees of entitlements and responsibilities and provide access to relevant resourcesMaintain confidential rehabilitation records and manage the process with confidentiality and sensitivityEnsure compliance with state legislation for workers' compensation, Qld self-insurance and national rehabilitationResults & Reporting: Keep accurate case notes meeting CFL specifications and legal requirementsProvide documentation to and work with state government auditorsManage timeframes to meet legislative requirements and support auditabilityMaintain data integrity and conduct analysis to inform improvementsPrepare monthly reports for key stakeholdersAbout YouYou'll bring a strong background in injury management and rehabilitation, with a proactive, evidence-based approach.
