**What You Will Be Doing**

This position is responsible for managing the electronic menu management system "CBORD" and all integrated systems including Food Service Suite, Nutrition Services Suite and Room Service Choice. This position is an integral link between Food Services, and the Nutrition Department, working cooperatively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities
- This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Menu Management Database (CBORD) including information integrity. (Meal Food Lists, Card Files, Manufacturers Notes, Item Maintenance etc.)
- Coordinate local CBORD education and training packages for Food Service, Nutrition and Dietetic Staff.
- This position will also provide support to site based Menu Monitors maintaining system integrity & compliance whilst ensuring the safe administration of patient meal selection.
- Establishes and maintains relationships with people at all levels.
- Develops and implements systems and procedures to guide work and track progress..
- Supports individuals, delegating responsibilities appropriately.
- Identifies and proposes workable solutions to problems in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Provide written communication to ensure it contains the information necessary to achieve the intended purpose
- Confidently conveys ideas and information in a clear in relevant manner.

Essential Criteria
- Ability to work within a team environment and to work with little supervision
- Strong interest in customer service and nutrition and responsive to customer needs
- Well-developed communication, planning and organisational skills
- Good understanding of nutritional requirements
- Flexibility in rotating roster and varying starting times
- Availability to work across multiple sites.
- Ability to use computer systems for meal ordering, menu processing and tallying
- Previous experience in customer service or Menu Monitor experience
- Sound level of written and verbal English skills
