We are in the market for an experienced leader to manage our Strategic Asset Management team, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge. As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for providing clear and visible leadership and direction whilst developing team capacity and ensuring delivery of quality outcomes. You will manage strategic asset management and facilities management planning, systems and programs in accordance with the requirements of the City. This leadership role is also required to work collaboratively with other sections of the City to ensure delivery of organisational objectives.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Possession of a Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Hold a current unrestricted 'C' class national driver's licence.
- Senior leadership and management experience including people management.
- Experience in strategic asset management and facilities management planning, systems and programs.
- Experienced in monitoring cost effective performance, project management and contract management.
- Local Government experience (desirable).

**The finer details**

This position attracts an annual base salary of $170,000 and a wide range of benefits to reward your contribution.

As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.
