Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs, including cost, utilization, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular performance reports on departmental risks, initiatives, and improvement opportunities
  • Ensure seamless integration with broader operational and project delivery functions
  • Drive innovation, technology adoption, and continuous improvement within fleet, workshop, and plant management
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplined teams in Plant, Fleet, Logistics, Maintenance, and Warehousing operations
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to lead, mentor, and manage diverse teams
  • Experience using fleet or asset management systems
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislative, licensing, and maintenance standards
