About the Role
As a 3PL Warehouse Services Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating Third Party Warehousing related activities by working closely with our 3PL partners. Key accountabilities include managing the day-to-day operational performance of the warehouse function to optimise service, quality and lowest total cost.

**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:

- Partner with 3PL's to provide Goodman Fielder with best in class service, quality and cost to its internal and external trading partners
- Learn, challenge and align with all stakeholders to continuously improve the service provision to Goodman Fielder
- Protect Goodman Fielders interests by having clear line of site to its costs and assets held and run by third parties
- Complete ongoing reviews of the warehouse network to ensure it enables growth aspirations and meets operational and quality standards
- Ensure day-to-day operational performance of the warehouse function to optimise service, quality, and lowest total cost.
- Review, align and action the Company's inventory held at third parties
- Implement all site based change management programs and initiatives per business expectations
- Actively manage key stakeholders in Sales, Quality, Finance, Planning and Logistics

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- 3-5 years experience in AU Logistics environment
- Experience managing FMCG warehousing managing cold chain and agricultural products is highly advantageous
- Able to manage multiple 3PL account relationships for high performance and to achieve national standards
- A mature can do attirude and the ability to navigate ambiguity
- A strong problem-solving mindset and ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Strong bias for action, balanced with making fact based decisions
