We're seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure stock accuracy and availability across our warehouse network.

This role is critical in delivering inventory integrity, improving logistics processes, and meeting key commercial targets. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is held, driving on-time delivery targets, and processing customer stock returns within 24 hours.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will collaborate with 3PL partners to address inventory queries and discrepancies, support reporting and analytics to improve service and cost, and manage warehousing and transport controls. You will also conduct regular warehouse audits and minimize unsaleable stock.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline, minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain or logistics roles, and strong working knowledge of inventory management, 3PL operations, and supply planning. SAP experience is essential, as well as advanced skills in Excel and strong analytical ability.
