Dynamic Supply Chain Role

Join a fast-paced and varied logistics team in Australia, supporting the end-to-end supply chain with a dynamic and flexible work environment.

  • A global FMCG company is seeking a Logistics/Warehouse Specialist to coordinate the receipt of imported goods, monitor shipments, and manage warehouse operations to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain management, warehousing, or logistics, as well as strong ERP systems experience, customer service focus, solutions-focused mindset, analytical skills, and familiarity with export/import documentation and legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the receipt of imported goods into the 3PL warehouse, ensuring compliance with AQIS and AU Customs.
  • Monitor and forecast shipments and deliveries, addressing any scheduling or capability issues with stakeholders.
  • Manage co-packers and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with AU Customs and regulatory requirements.
  • Support inventory replenishment between Sydney and Melbourne warehouses, ensuring timely order dispatch.
