Job Title: Warehouse and Supply Chain Coordinator

Bayer is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Supply Chain Coordinator to oversee local warehousing, distribution, and export of products through a 3PL, ensuring seamless distribution and cost optimisation.

  • This role will involve managing temperature control goods, maintaining stock accuracy, inventory transactions, and Electronic Data interchange (EDI) performance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, working for a multi-national company. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, and order to cash systems.

About the Role
  • Ensuring frictionless distribution workflow across warehousing and transport processes
  • Liaising with Commercial, Business partners, Customer Solutions, Contract manufacturing organisation (CMOs), and clearing and forwarding agents
  • Driving joint value creation and improvement initiatives in downstream customer logistics executions
Requirements
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management capability and comfortable working at all levels of management and 3PL
  • Have experience in managing temperature control goods
  • Show a sound understanding of regulatory requirements and a bachelor's degree in commerce or supply chain management
