Customer Experience Consultant - Loganlea, QLD

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our client's customer experience team based on site at their office in Loganlea, QLD. This position is permanent full-time reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

**You will be responsible** for providing exceptional customer service to our client and their customers in this pivotal role and provide a high level of customer service to their external clients and internal teams by understanding and anticipating their needs to meet requirements. Troubleshoot and find a timely resolution of client queries and issues and ensure customer deliveries are accurate and flow through to successful completion of the delivery. The role will also see you responsible to accurately input data into their logistics in house system, understanding outcomes to prioritise tasks to meet daily completion in conjunction with other department's needs. Manage client requests outside of standard process effectively and follow through to completion and ensure the system is updated with comments to allow job status to be documented and viewed by others. Maintaining daily reports and be able to identify and resolve potential problems and support and assist other team members with customer deadlines.

Are you friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflict. If this sounds like you and you have 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with exceptional customer relationship skills with the ability to de-escalate and resolve conflict and are customer driven behaviour with a sense of calm urgency with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Have intermediate system knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high attention to detail and the ability to work with a team to achieve results with a great professional attitude with previous experience in a logistics environment would be advantageous.
