Customer Service Operations Lead

Retail Consultant role available for customer service experienced candidates to lead operations and elevate client experience.

About the Role

We seek a retail consultant with proven customer service skills to drive operational efficiency, improve call handling times, first-contact resolution, and overall service quality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of customer service specialists, providing daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure they handle complex technical inquiries and provide expert advice.
  • Analyse key performance metrics to drive operational improvements within the customer service centre and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review customer service policies, programs, and procedures to enhance the entire customer experience and align with company goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service management or team leadership roles, preferably in automotive, trade, or related technical industries.
  • Proven degree qualification in relevant field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients and liaise effectively with internal staff.
