In your full-time permanent Marketing Campaign Specialist role you will report to the National Marketing Manager.

The role can be done from Melbourne or Brisbane, 2 days in the office (both offices in the CBD) and 3 days from home.

You will sit in the B2C Marketing Acquisition team of 5 and work as part of the Group Remuneration Services (GRS) business to deliver brand awareness, education and drive leads into our Maxxia and RemServ brands (Salary Packaging and Novated Leasing.)

Working in close partnership with our internal studio and digital teams, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and reporting on the integrated consumer marketing and communication campaigns across Maxxia and RemServ.

The Role:

- Delivering end-to-end omnichannel marketing campaigns outlined in the B2C Marketing plan, on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain campaign project plans
- Engage with all key stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process
- Managing compliance and approval sign offs
- Oversee the campaign execution across all channels including, but not limited to print, social, SEM, web, eDM, ATL, and event activation
- Delivering insightful, actionable, data-based post implementation reviews
- Other reasonable marketing tasks as required

You will bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related Business discipline
- 5+ years experience in large, multi-channel campaign execution - experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is well regarded but not essential
- A preference for a fast-paced environment in a high-performing team
- A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and develop as a marketer
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time in accordance with deadlines
- Attention to detail
- The capacity to think like a customer and make complex products seem simple
- The ability to translate customer and business insights into effective campaigns
- A good understanding of the creative development and media planning process
- The ability to write comprehensive briefs and managing approval processes
- A demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external agencies to establish strong professional relationships
- A strong understanding of the importance of tracking campaigns to use insights to forecast campaign targets
- Experience in campaign management across multiple channels
- Experience in translating campaign performance data into actionable insights to improve the ROI on future campaigns
