**About the role**

To support our success, we are looking for a Governance & Operations Specialist to join the Strategic Partnerships team in Brisbane.

In this newly created role, you will assist the Manager, Governance and Operations in the oversight of Australian Retirement Trust's Clearing House, Beam, and other employer service platforms. You also play a key role in managing the compliance and risk control obligations for the business unit including:

- Developing relevant and high-quality reporting packages for management, Boards and Committees
- Preparation of reporting for management, Boards and Committees
- Coordinating, in conjunction with other Growth business units, reporting as required
- Working with relevant teams across the business including Finance, Analytics and Insights, technology for reporting purposes.
- Coordination of relevant partner reporting and inclusion of this into relevant internal reporting.
- Liaising with Employer Support team and employer platforms team in monitoring trends occurring in operations.

This role is available as a **permanent** opportunity.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- 5+ years' experience in financial services.
- A deep understanding and genuine passion for governance and reporting and the ability to inspire and lead others to deliver outstanding internal customer experiences.
- Strong superannuation experience and knowledge of associated legislation that operates within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience in producing written communication for senior audiences.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business or a financial discipline.
