Job Overview

The IT Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our organization's systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Agent Onboarding & Activation: Manage the setup, documentation, and lead activation for new agents to guarantee they are active and receiving leads.
  • Agent Sourcing & Scheduling: Identify potential agents in target markets through thorough waitlist reviews and online research, scheduling introductory appointments with Territory Managers as needed.
  • Transaction Data Management: Remove and add transaction data in AMP while updating internal tracking systems, closely monitoring HubSpot reports for optimal performance.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Track and manage EPA & EPT deal volume thresholds, flagging issues to Territory Managers for prompt review and resolution.
Key Qualifications

This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
  • Strong data management skills and proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Conditions

This contractor position offers a fixed rate of $7–$9/hour, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CST. Actual hours may vary based on business needs, averaging 34–50 hours per week. This is a contract role without benefits.
