**Position**: Workplace Experience Administrator
**Location**:Victorian Pride Centre, St Kilda, with opportunities to work across multiple sites
**Employment Type**: Permanent, Full Time
**Ideal for**: HR Graduates or final-year HR students

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our People & Culture team, supporting the employee lifecycle, HRIS data management, and compliance reporting. You'll also be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing essential support across onboarding, recruitment, and training.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage HR queries and provide first-level advice
- Maintain HR systems, records, and employee files
- Support onboarding, recruitment, and compliance activities
- Collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver an exceptional employee experience

- A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently studying)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused mindset
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
