Working within a small close knit team, you will report directly into the Head of HR and be solely responsible for the Talent Acquisition function.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Managing the end to end recruitment cycle from obtaining the brief right through to onboarding
- Collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their needs and advise on recruitment
- Coach, mentor and guide hiring managers on interview techniques via training sessions
- Promote and uplift processes to provide a greater experience for all parties
- Engage, support and roll out project work to improve culture and benefits

**THE CANDIDATE**
To be successful in this role you must be a driven recruiter who is innovative in their thinking, can recognise faults and advise on ways processes can be improved. You must be adaptable, ambitious and be able to build rapport with stakeholders easily. Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills are highly desired.
