Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled talent acquisition specialist to join our organization. As a key member of our talent acquisition function, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end hiring process, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

About the Role
  • Own and manage quality screening, interview, and offer processes for roles across sales, marketing, service, or corporate services
  • Champion operational excellence by using available technology and standard processes to improve efficiency, quality, and speed for both in-person and virtual hiring
  • Contribute to broader talent acquisition strategies to ensure the delivery of qualified and diverse talent
  • Recommend and drive improvements to the local sourcing strategy and pipeline by actively collaborating with recruitment teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with hiring leaders to achieve headcount goals, gather key input for candidate slates, provide feedback on candidates, and influence hiring decisions
  • Partner with ancillary groups supporting talent acquisition processes to ensure seamless integration
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to talent acquisition activities
