**About the role**:
We're looking for a **Talent Acquisition Coordinator** to join our **People & Culture** team based in **Sydney**_. _You will be the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team, supporting with recruitment across our 65 offices, building our employer brand and helping execute our national diversity & inclusion strategy.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Handle administrative duties vital to our recruitment process, maintaining records and creating employee contracts when needed.
- Manage the SCA Careers inbox, acting as the first point of contact for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within SCA's workforce by aiding in the implementation of initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining diverse talent.
- Contribute to national HR initiatives and projects.
- Oversee internal mobility programs, facilitating internal growth and development opportunities for our employees.
- Support in administering employee benefits, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees.
- Manage the recruitment of casual staff and ad hoc junior positions in the business.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and opportunities of each role.
- Provide system administration support, ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment-related tools and databases.

**Experience we're looking for**:

- 1-2 years experience in a HR or recruitment administration role, or customer service role.
- Experience managing small projects with a focus on quality and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn & Instagram.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite and experience in using a HRIS/Recruitment System knowledge would be advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
