This innovative group is focused on delivering impactful strategies across industries while maintaining transparency, efficiency, and quality.

**Job Overview**:
As a Fractional CMO, you'll play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction and marketing efforts of three diverse businesses. Working closely with the leadership team, you will bring your expertise to craft high-level marketing strategies, mentor teams, and oversee the implementation of various marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies to align with the organisation's goals.
- **Mentoring Leadership Teams**: Provide ongoing guidance and mentoring to leadership teams across the businesses.
- **Executive Committee Involvement**: Act as a member of the Executive Committee, contributing to high-level decision-making.
- **Project Management**: Oversee and manage the delivery of marketing projects through external service providers.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor marketing performance, track ROI, and present insights and recommendations.
- **Reporting**: Report directly to the executive team, providing updates on marketing strategies and outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally as a CMO or Marketing Director.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, mentoring, and project management.
- Strong understanding of diverse industries, including aged care, hospitality, or catering.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience working with external agencies or marketplaces is highly regarded.
