Fractional CMO / Senior Marketing Consultant (Part-Time, Contract)

Our marketing leader is on parental leave, and we need an experienced
Fractional CMO
to help steer the ship.

This is a
hands-on consulting role
—not just strategy. You'll bring experience, judgement, and the ability to help our junior marketer execute.

What you'll do:

• Provide
  strategic direction
  for campaigns, channels, and messaging.
• Roll up your sleeves to help deliver email campaigns, paid ads, and content.
• Mentor and guide a
  junior marketer
  to ensure execution quality.
• Partner with the GM to align marketing with sales and revenue goals.

What you'll bring:

• 8+ years' marketing leadership in SaaS, tech, or B2B services.
• A proven record of
  demand generation and pipeline growth
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  marketing automation, CRM, paid media, and content strategy
  .
• Ability to balance
  big-picture strategy
  with tactical execution.

Engagement:

• 1–2 days per week, flexible hours.
• Contract or consulting arrangement.
• Based in Brisbane or remote (with ability to collaborate with our Milton office).
